Functional Performance Health & Wellness Centre is a fully accessible private health & wellness studio.  Parking is available in front of our unit.  Sometimes there will be orange pylons in the parking lot, these are spaces reserved for our clients when there is a function at the banquet hall next door.   

We occasionally have a therapy dog onsite.  Please notify us of any allergies or fear of dogs at the time of scheduling your appointment.  Although it may seem like a great idea, please refrain from bringing your dog to our clinic, they will not be permitted to come inside.  

When you make your appointment, that time is set aside for you.  Functional Performance Health & Wellness Centre does not double book or over book.  Please arrive early for your appointment to allow time to change.  ALL APPOINTMENTS BEGIN AND END ON TIME.  If you are late, your appointment will end on time and you will be charged the full session fee.  If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly give a minimum notice of 24 hours.  Inadequate notice will result in a charge for the full service fee. 

You will be required to complete a Health History Form upon arrival.  Please be sure to advise of any special needs, ailments, disabilities or health concerns.  Our online form is available by clicking here.  You will sign the form upon your arrival at the clinic. 

Please bring comfortable clothing or proper bathing suit for your appointment.  All outdoor shoes must be removed.  Sandals, towels and other shower supplies are provided during your treatment.  A shower and all accessories are available onsite for you.  For Personal Training Sessions, please bring indoor shoes with you as sandals and outdoor shoes are not to be used in the studio.  We have filtered water available, please bring your own water bottle.
